Move It Monday: Mountain Climbers

Did you know that if you work out on Monday, then you are more likely to workout the rest of the week? Isn't that great news?!

 That is why I'm creating Move It Monday. It will be a quick workout or a quick challenge that will just get you moving. A quick move or routine that will get your blood flowing, heart pumping and metabolism revving. Are you as excited as I am? Because I'm pretty darn excited about it! :)

Today, I challenge you to do 1 min. of mountain climbers and TRY and beat The Bertinator. Count only when the right leg is in front.
